Welding Supervisor – Manufacturing (f/m/d)

Your contribution to the team

At our Berlin site you will take over welding supervision for the manufacture of new and overhauled gas turbines. You monitor welding processes in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14731, coordinate closely with quality assurance and ensure that all safety and welding regulations are observed. You verify the validity of welding certificates and provide technical guidance to welders (f/m/d).

Your responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor welding activities per DIN EN ISO 14731
• Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety rules
• Implement and verify welding specifications (WPS, WPQR)
• Validate welding certificates
• Provide technical leadership to welders
• Participate in intercultural projects

Your profile

• Vocational training in metalworking plus certified welding specialist
• Sound knowledge of welding technologies and applicable national/international standards (welding procedure qualification)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance and material groups
• Willingness to work 3-shift schedule
