Your responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of air-to-water heat pumps at customers' homes in the Berlin/Brandenburg region
• Field service with a fully equipped company van
• Close cooperation with planners, logisticians and customer service to optimise processes
• Contribution to efficient, digital maintenance workflows through heat-pump specialisation

What you bring

• Completed training as a plant mechanic, refrigeration technician or similar, plus service experience
• Refrigeration certificate preferred or willingness to obtain one (costs covered by Aira)
• Openness to standby and emergency call-outs
• Heat-pump experience welcome or strong motivation to specialise in heat-pump service
• Strong customer focus and commitment to quality
• Team player who enjoys digital work methods
