Your responsibilities

• Technical support in order management
• Independent on-site service and finishing work for customers
• Quality inspection and acceptance of subcontractor sites incl. documentation
• Digital recording and follow-up of all activities
• Close collaboration with the team to optimise daily operations
• Occasional customer service assignments and final technical tasks

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as HVAC plant mechanic or equivalent
• Field service experience, preferably with heating and heat pump systems
• Confident handling of hydraulic and electronic components
• Self-reliant, structured and service-oriented working style
• Class B driving licence and willingness to take part in on-call duty
