Energy Specialist (Madrid)

Your responsibilities

• Support customers by phone and email on all energy-related questions
• Own every case from start to finish – we don’t transfer calls
• Learn something new every day and solve issues together with an outstanding team

What you bring

• ≥1 year experience in phone-based customer service
• Genuine customer focus, patience and empathy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
• English is a plus

• Location: Madrid, Castellana
• Contract: 40h/week, permanent
• Salary: €20,500 gross per year
