Energy Account Manager (Remote)

💪 What you’ll do at Octopus

You will support our customers by phone and email on all energy-related topics. As part of the Operations team you are the heart of the company: your main goal is to help customers without limits. You take full ownership of every case – we don’t pass queries on, so customers never have to deal with multiple people. Every day brings new questions, and you’ll learn constantly. Luckily you’ll work with an amazing team that always has your back and helps you grow professionally.

📝 What you need

• At least 1 year of experience in telephone customer service
• Customer-first mindset, patience and empathy
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, ever-evolving environment
• English skills are a plus, not a must

Location: Remote or on-site in Madrid (Castellana)
Working hours: 40 h/week – Full-time
Salary: €19,000 gross/year (≈ €1,583/month)
