Global Process Owner Production Processes (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Global ownership of standardising and optimising manufacturing processes to ensure operational excellence, quality and cost efficiency
• Definition of worldwide production-process standards and best practices
• Initiation and management of continuous-improvement projects across all plants
• Coordination with plant management and engineering teams to ensure process compliance
• Support of digital-manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 adoption
• Ensuring adherence to global safety and quality standards

Your profile

• University degree in mechanical or production engineering, or comparable qualification
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Proven experience in global production management and process optimisation
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and continuous-improvement methods
• Profound knowledge of manufacturing-execution systems (MES, EWM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Teamcenter and SAP PP
