Your mission
- Monitor and analyse our sales funnels across all locations
- Identify bottlenecks and derive concrete action items
- Daily KPI tracking (show rate, conversion, capacity, utilisation)
- Support forecasting & performance optimisation
- Build and maintain a knowledge base for transparent sales insights
- Collaborate closely with team leads, sales VPs and the CSO to improve processes continuously
- Implement sales-automation projects
Your profile
- 2+ years in sales operations or similar role in high-growth companies
- Degree in business, data science or comparable field
- High learning appetite and intrinsic motivation
- Hands-on mentality with a drive to shape processes actively
- Proficient with analytics tools, ideally experience with Snowflake
- Willingness to travel (≈ 1 site visit per month)
- Interest in B2C sales mechanics
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
