Your scope of responsibility

• Provide organisational and technical leadership for our production lines and ensure smooth, productive workflows
• Plan daily staffing, onboard new team members and develop the group
• Guarantee a safe working environment and strict adherence to all quality standards
• Actively participate in change and improvement projects
• Maintain appreciative, transparent and constructive communication with other departments

Your skills and experience

• Completed technical training or at least two years of relevant experience in a production environment
• Confident communication in German (minimum level B2), structured and reliable way of working plus enjoyment of team leadership
• Experience with lean-production methods (e.g. 5S, KAIZEN, shop-floor management)
• Ideally experience in automation and robotics as well as process digitisation
• Proficiency in MS Office
