Head of IT Business Partner Management (f/m/d) – Industrial Steam Turbines and Generators

You are an experienced IT leader with passion for excellence in a global manufacturing environment. As Head of IT Business Partner you take worldwide responsibility for all IT topics of the Industrial Steam Turbines and Generators (SE TI STG) business unit. From Görlitz you drive IT strategy, lead diverse teams and advance the digitalization of our value chain.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Acting as the single point of contact, you shape the IT strategy of the business unit and align it with business objectives.
• You own budgets, prioritize projects by strategic value and optimize resource allocation.
• With high customer focus you advise management and key partners on all digitalization topics.
• You facilitate workshops and lead projects for digital transformation, including integration of AI use-cases.
• Harmonize and scale an end-to-end IT architecture and ensure data-strategy compliance in STG.

What You Bring

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science or comparable qualification.
• Several years of IT management experience in manufacturing; exposure to complex production environments essential.
• Proven record of leading diverse IT teams.
• Practical knowledge of AI applications for value creation in an industrial setting.
• Negotiation-level German and English; strong communication and coordination skills.
• Strategic mindset and solid project-management competence.
