The Role
As Head of Marketing & Communications Africa you will create and execute a region-wide communications strategy. You will advise regional leadership, own brand, media relations, crisis-PR, internal comms and executive positioning, working both strategically and hands-on while building local teams and managing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Design country-specific marketing campaigns for adoption, sales and community engagement
• Own media and crisis communications, storytelling, PR, events
• Drive clear internal communications across all African markets
• Prepare speeches, keynotes and briefings for executives
• Lead agencies, own budgets and reporting

Requirements

• 8+ years in communications/marketing, incl. 2–3 years leading a team
• Proven success in high-growth, resource-constrained environments
• Demonstrated expertise in African markets and stakeholders
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into compelling narratives
• Professional presence and sound judgment

Location: Accra, Ghana, with travel across all African Zipline markets. Full-time, permanent.
