As we rapidly expand our charging network across Europe, the opportunity to attract and serve more EV drivers is growing fast. To accelerate this growth, we are looking for a Head of Sales to strengthen our commercial capabilities. Together with 400+ colleagues from over 45 nationalities, spread across 10 countries, we drive change in the energy transition. We have been awarded “Best Charging Network” in the UK, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands, further establishing Fastned as a leading player in the field.
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all levels, from individual charging-stations to regional and national deals. You will be further building and leading our international sales team. Your scope will range from securing national agreements (such as acquisition deals with large employers, B2B2C partnerships and contracts with taxi companies) to driving local activation at charging station level, for example, optimising signage through commercial contracts, connecting local fleets, or creating value-adding partnerships with nearby retailers (like a free-coffee promotion).
Reporting directly to the Growth Director, you will own the entire sales pipeline and work closely with fellow leaders in the Growth team to unlock and scale new business opportunities. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact and drive change in an exciting industry of the future!
Set the strategy & drive growth: Shape and execute the commercial sales strategy to meet Fastned’s ambitious growth targets. You’ll spot new opportunities across markets, design scalable processes and ensure sales is a key driver in expanding our network and revenue.
Lead & grow the team: Build and manage an international sales team, providing structure, coaching and clear KPIs. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and performance, ensuring the team has the tools and confidence to succeed.
Own the sales pipeline: Oversee the full sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals. You’ll implement a CRM system (Salesforce/Hubspot), manage forecasting and bring transparency to performance, ensuring we always know where we stand and how to improve.
Build strong partnerships: Be the face of Fastned with fleets, corporates, property owners, and mobility providers. You’ll also work closely with Strategy, Proposition, and Partnerships teams, making sure customer insights and market feedback shape how we grow.
