High Voltage Tester (3rd Shift)

As an HV Production Tester you will read engineering documentation, test electrical equipment and work with colleagues to solve problems as they arise. If you enjoy a fast-paced production environment, understand that every customer and every drawing is different, and like variety, this is your opportunity. We provide 90 days of training starting on day one to give you a strong start.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Troubleshoot circuitry designs
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure all product aspects are viable and test requirements are fulfilled
• Maintain strong attention to detail under time constraints in a manufacturing environment
• Test the product’s electrical and mechanical functions
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Embrace continuous improvement and learning

What You Bring

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 2 years of electrical wiring/testing experience preferred, OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience required
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, AC/DC circuits and physical wiring
• Strong safety awareness in test areas
• Familiarity with electrical test equipment, meters, hi-pot and ground testers, and current transformer testing
• High-voltage testing experience is a plus
• Flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed
