Industrial Ceramics Technician (f/m/d) for Ceramic Product Manufacturing

Your responsibilities

As an Industrial Ceramics Technician you manage the complete ceramic manufacturing process – from raw-material preparation to batch release.

• Weighing, mixing and preparing raw materials according to recipe
• Measuring pH, temperature and viscosity of ceramic slips
• Recording and evaluating all process data for batch approval
• Casting and demoulding heat-shield blanks; controlling drying cycles
• Setting and monitoring production equipment (casting lines, freezers, dryers)
• Operating modern CNC cutting and grinding machines
• Performing visual, acoustic and dimensional quality checks
• Internal transport, plant maintenance and mould cleaning

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as industrial ceramics technician or comparable technical qualification
• Experience in ceramic manufacturing and with production machinery
• Knowledge of measurement & control technology (pH, temperature, viscosity)
• Meticulous, team-oriented and able to work independently
• Very good German language skills
