What you will do to help drive energy transition:

• You will use the messages specified by global marketing on e.g. product positioning, benefit arguments, personas and adapts them to the local growth markets (Benelux, Nordics, UK/Ireland, and other markets, e.g. Poland) in a target country-specific manner for marketing campaigns on online and offline channels (B2B and B2C).

• You will create an annual plan to determine and implement agreed marketing measures, including scheduling and coordination within the growth Marketing team and relevant stakeholders (newsletter distribution, trade fairs, product launches, market entries, events, etc.)

• You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing measures for product launches and market entries in new countries, development of campaigns and organizational and content-related planning and implementation of events and trade fairs, sometimes with the involvement of external agencies.

• You will formulate requirements, select and control of external marketing agencies.

• You will initiate PR messages in global marketing, research and specification of relevant key statements as well as ongoing coordination of the creation and dispatch.

• You will collect topic suggestions, formulation of texts and content preparation of the quarterly newsletter in coordination with global marketing.

• You will be responsible of the content maintenance and ongoing updating of country-specific websites.

• You will define, record and report KPIs as well as assist with the analysis and tracking of marketing measures.

What you will need for that journey:

• You are experienced in working within Global Marketing, and Sales teams on different markets.

• You bring a minimum of 5 years working in senior responsability levels.

• You enjoy tackling complex challenges and quickly find pragmatic solutions for the tasks assigned to you. 

• You are a 'Growth Hacker' and love helping the marketing teams with certain tools.

• Your analytical thinking enables you to work efficiently and goal-oriented and you convince us with your high degree of independence. 

• You have excellent abilities to provide data validation and accuracy in reporting.

• You bring a high level of communication skills in both written and verbal as well as demostrated organisational skills.

• Previous knowledge in the areas of energy management, PV, battery storage or energy services are not required but will give you an enormous advantage for your start.

• You have passion for renewables.

• You are fluent in English .

• Having a good German knowledge and other languagues are a plus.
