Jr Analyst, Master Data

The Procurement Master Data Management Team is responsible for creating, facilitating, and monitoring the implementation, execution, and enforcement of the MDM Governance framework within Vestas, globally, and across the Value Chain.

Responsibilities

• Implements changes to master data as approved by the business review process including requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data
• Acts as procurement master data subject matter expert
• Works across teams for procurement master data requirements and assessment
• Supports mass maintenance requests as directed
• Inform the requestor and key stakeholders of the request status as appropriate
• Supports business review process as appropriate
• Reacts to escalation notices to expedite creation or change to master data as needed
• Generate and monitor reports/resolve data issues, related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Understand the expected service level commitments for the business unit and their requirement to meet and exceed the divisional expectations

Qualifications

• Graduate of any IT-related, business, or Engineering course
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Master Data (Purchase Info Records, Source List, Quota Arrangement, Vendor)
• Working experience in SAP and implementing data quality and cleansing activities
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• With keen attention to details
• With experience in customer/stakeholder management

• Microsoft Office applications
• Data management capabilities - data governance, data quality, and master data management
