Your tasks

Scheduling our own fleet of 35 trucks and our drivers for local and long-distance transport and coordinating with forwarding agents
Planning line and distribution tours from an operational and economic perspective while keeping an eye on costs
Recording, monitoring and optimizing fleet key performance indicators
Supporting drivers and monitoring driving and rest times as well as statutory social regulations
Customer service, including handling complaints and damage reports
Administrative tasks such as data maintenance in ERP and accounting systems
Contributing ideas and solutions to optimize workflows and further develop the department

Your profile

Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable experience in logistics
Enthusiasm for logistics and motivation to advance your career
Willingness to work flexibly (4- to 6-day week)
Customer- and service-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with transport management systems
