How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 across all project phases
  • Analyze project data with Alteryx and Excel to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project objectives
  • Monitor progress, flag schedule risks, and propose corrective actions
  • Create clear reports and present schedule updates and recommendations to the team

What You Bring

  • HND or degree in Data Analysis, Business and Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Initial experience in project management, scheduling, or data analysis (internships or academic projects welcome)
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence handling large datasets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines

You will join a dedicated Newcastle-based Business Planning team supporting Siemens Energy’s delivery of reliable, sustainable energy solutions. The team partners with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
