Job Description

As the TecSa Lead, you will play a pivotal role in merging Technical Cleanliness and Industrial Engineering principles within the Skelleftea Gigafactory. Your primary responsibility is to conceptualise, design, deploy, maintain, and advance technical cleanliness standards across all Northvolt Ett processes and environments. This encompasses managing and training the quality team members, ensuring stringent quality standards, and compliance with international cleanliness standards and Northvolt's internal protocols.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

  • Lead the conceptualisation and design of technical cleanliness in any aspects of our manufacturing processes and plants

  • Establish a Design for Technical Cleanliness mindset across the plant and beyond, and ensure we are developing and improving our processes accordingly.

  • Establish and maintain compliance with to automotive standards (e.g., VDA 19.1, VDA 19.2, ISO 14644) within the Ett facility.
  • Manage and mentor the technical cleanliness and quality team, ensuring adherence to impeccable standards and practices.
  • Develop and implement technical cleanliness architectures, strategies, concepts, procedures, and standards.
  • Head the implementation of solutions and problem-solving to reduce the risk of contaminations and ensure compliance with technical cleanliness requirements.

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive experience in technical cleanliness management, preferably as a leader in automotive or a manufacturing or industrial setting. Fluency in written and spoken English
  • In-dept knowledge of technical cleanliness processes, requirements and standards (e.g.: ISO 14644, ISO 16232, VDA 19.1, VDA 19.2).
  • Experience in establishing TecSa specific training
