Lead Technical Advisor, Canada (m/f/d)

• Ensure full compliance with Nordex safety protocols.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate Technical Advisors and subcontractors across all project phases.
• Work closely with Site Managers and TA Managers to plan and oversee activities, maintaining quality and schedule.
• Act as the primary technical contact for complex installation challenges and troubleshooting.
• Ensure strict HSE compliance and proactively resolve safety issues.
• Conduct on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching to build team competency.
• Participate in site meetings, report on technical and quality topics, monitor progress and implement corrective actions.

• Minimum 5 years mechanical/electrical/construction supervision; wind-farm experience preferred.
• Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in quality management and wind-turbine installation.
• Strong MS Office skills and willingness to travel extensively (>80%).
• Capable of climbing 122 m towers, working in harsh weather, max. 120 kg body weight.
• Fluent English; French (Quebec) highly desirable, Spanish or German advantageous.
• Legal right to work in Canada (no sponsorship).
• High analytical ability, leadership and communication skills, commitment to safety.

CA $52–60/hour plus up to 5 % bonus, equivalent to approx. CA $9,173–10,556 gross/month. Benefits include:
