Job Description

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Learning specialist with focus on Learning management system (LMS) and tools to join our passionate team in Skellefteå.

In joining us, you will play an important part in the strategy and implementation of support systems and tools for training, content development and tracking. Your responsibility will be to develop and implement structure, way of working and templates to support our internal system and tools users to develop needed skills for them to execute as professionals in their roles.

About the job

As a Learning specialist, you must be knowledgeable in the training field and have insight in learning principles and the know-how to utilise them. We expect you to be an experienced system owner and act as a role model and support function for system users at Northvolt. The goal is to contribute to the implementation and way of working for needed training systems and tools that support our growth and business goals.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Superuser of the Learning management system (LMS) and other systems and tools that supports training activities, registration content development and tracking

  • Train system and tool-users in the organization to ensure alignment with processes, way of working, templates, roles etc

  • Evaluate and collect feedback from system users to constantly develop and improve way of working and system configurations/integrations together with Business product owner(s)

  • Build LMS and tool-user network for continuous development and cooperation

  • Support the organization with system and tools related tasks, issues and questions

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • Bachelor's degree within teaching, learning & development, system science or equivalent (desired)

  • Working experience from relevant roles in training, system support, learning & development, preferably within manufacturing industries

  • Experience from Learning management systems, authoring tools for content development and tools for evaluation and statistics/reporting

  • Experience from production training and/or Training Within Industry (TWI) is a big plus

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken

  • Must enjoy working in an international environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, fluency in Microsoft Excel and Power point

  • Fluency in other languages, including Swedish is valuable (but not required)

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, outstanding time management

  • Ability to work well and communicate with others in a team environment, as well as independently
