Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Assembly, Welding, and Machining)

A Snapshot of Your Day

Lead a diverse team of technical employees manufacturing steam turbine stationary components. Your shift runs Monday–Thursday, 3:45 pm–2:15 am, starting with a detailed handover. Energize the team in daily toolbox talks on safety, quality, and assignments. Stay visible on the shop floor, assist where needed, and perform safety observations while promoting a culture of positive coaching and collaboration.

What You Bring

• 4+ years direct supervisory experience or 3+ years in manufacturing including assembly, welding, and machining.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or 5S.
• Multi-disciplinary teamwork and conflict-resolution experience with hourly workforce preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, MRP, QC systems; SAP a plus.
• Willingness to collaborate beyond normal business requirements.
