A Snapshot of Your Day

You will operate an alloy saw according to production specifications to achieve correct charge weights and organise incoming alloy and current inventory by type.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Sort incoming alloy by type while keeping the area tidy and clean.
• Become forklift certified and operate hoist/crane and grinder.
• Weld charge pieces together.
• Apply GSP standards: inspect and use XRS gun, chamfer ingots on both ends, maintain alloy consumption ±2 lbs, operate only one open crane in the area.
• Communicate alloy requirements and use the Mercury system.
• Cross-train and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What You Bring

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Math skills and ability to read English instructions or blueprints.
• Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs. Good vision (near, far, colour, peripheral, depth, accommodation) needed.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States without future employer-sponsored visa support.
• Position requires US export license; candidate must be eligible to work with export-controlled technology under US law.
