You ensure the quality and consistency of blue-dyed products through precise inspection and systematic testing. At our Gibsonton facility you monitor production processes, conduct quality checks and document results to uphold our quality standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Inspect and blue-dye rotor cores for consistency, quality and specification compliance
• Monitor production processes to detect any deviation from quality standards
• Document inspection results and promptly report deviations to the production team
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance to drive continuous improvement
• Keep the inspection area clean and organized while following all safety protocols
• Cross-train and take on additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High-school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Full English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship
• Export license from US authorities (Department of Commerce and/or Department of State) is mandatory to access controlled technology
