A Snapshot of Your Day

You will work with molds and the shell system, monitor all production specifications and manufacture parts of exceptional quality at our Gibsonton, Florida site.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Load molds into the automated shell system following Work Instructions in Mercury; set up and troubleshoot automated systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Process components or semi-finished/finished products according to engineering specifications and quality standards while continuously driving process improvement.
• Operate the sandblast cabinet and maintain sound documentation practices.
• Carry out basic or defined maintenance tasks; collaborate with maintenance technicians and external service providers on repairs.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, Allen keys and screwdrivers.
• Cross-training and additional duties as required.

What You Bring

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read engineering instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa now or in the future.
• Position may require an export license under US export control laws (BIS/DDTC).
