How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analyse maritime sector trends, customer needs and decision drivers across APAC—ships, ports, FPSOs and floating power.
• Evaluate market potential for Siemens Energy solutions and pinpoint strategic growth opportunities.
• Map and engage stakeholders: shipowners, charterers, port authorities, regulators, consultants, shipyards.
• Collect and synthesise business intelligence to steer strategy and commercial decisions.
• Deliver regular market-insight reports to guide internal stakeholders and support business development.
• Raise awareness of Siemens Energy’s value proposition among maritime customers.
• Manage selected key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying expansion potential.
• Represent Siemens Energy at industry forums to strengthen market positioning.

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the maritime industry in commercial, BD, strategy or technical roles.
• Strong grasp of sector dynamics: regulatory, operational and technological trends.
• Proven ability to craft market strategies and navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Experience working across diverse Asia-Pacific markets highly desirable.
