Deutsche Windtechnik is a leading European provider of maintenance, repair and optimisation services for wind turbines. At our headquarters in Osnabrück we are immediately seeking a full-time Procurement & Contract Management Specialist (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • Create and analyse ERP reports to support decision-making
  • Compile and evaluate controlling reports
  • Manage all contract documentation professionally
  • Process and coordinate special purchase orders
  • Handle operational purchasing and monitor delivery dates
  • Check order confirmations and maintain system data
  • Support cross-departmental projects
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • First experience in contract management, procurement or a similar role
  • Structured, analytical and detail-oriented working style
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with contract-management or ERP systems preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player with initiative and a sense of responsibility
