As a Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) you control the daily operational business and act as the first point of contact for our customers. You take full ownership of customer inquiries and ensure they are processed quickly and sustainably.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer service in German and English – in person, by phone and in writing
• Preparation and dispatch of quotations and tender documents for group customers and public contracting authorities
• Processing and updating existing contracts; internal coordination on availability and timely feedback to the customer
• Handle customer complaints professionally and in a solution-oriented manner; coordinate with scheduling and service teams
• Supportive administrative tasks: internal reports, mail handling, appointment coordination

Your Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk, forwarding agent, office management clerk)
• Confident use of SAP and MS Office; good English skills
• First experience in internal sales or environment-related services is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, team spirit and communication skills
• High reliability, meticulous working style and entrepreneurial mindset
