Responsibilities

• Drive a strong safety culture at site and continuous improvement
• Develop and empower your team to operate and maintain wind turbines efficiently
• Build trusted customer relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Control costs and meet budget targets for service contracts
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting to optimise turbine performance

Requirements

• 2–3 years management experience in a service environment
• Willingness to travel 100 % between various wind farms
• Technical background, ideally with hydraulics or rotating heavy machinery
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Valid driver’s licence and passport

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing and walking; work at heights up to 100 m
• Climb ladders and enter confined spaces; lift up to 23 kg
• Participate in safety training (LOTO, Electrical, Fall Arrest, Confined Space)
• Total weight incl. PPE max. 136 kg
