Your Day at a Glance
Manufacturing Technology (MT) is a global enabling function within Operations Blades (OP B) that secures and evolves blade manufacturing through strong process governance, technology leadership and project execution. MT defines how manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling and technologies are standardized and applied across the global blade factory network. Acting as the global owner of manufacturing process guidelines, MT sits between strategic development and operational execution, ensuring efficient and consistent transfer of new manufacturing capabilities into factories in line with the Factory Centric Model.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the transformation of MT into a lean, focused global process-governance and coordination function
• Define and continuously evolve the future state of blade-manufacturing processes aligned with OP B strategy
• Own and chair global MT governance forums, ensuring clear decision rights, prioritization and alignment
• Build a structured framework for standardization, deviations and local adaptations
• Partner with plant managers and engineering teams to solve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee implementation of strategic projects, processes and equipment at plant level
• Integrate Core Process Areas (CPA 1–7) to ensure seamless collaboration
• Support the development of new organizational structures and clear accountability
