Your responsibilities

• Independently manage heat-pump replacement projects in the Berlin/Brandenburg region
• Use a fully equipped service van; work alongside a colleague or trainee
• Collaborate with planning, logistics and customer service to continuously improve installation processes

What you bring

• Vocational training as a sanitary, heating & ventilation mechanic with focus on heating technology, or comparable qualification
• Prior heat-pump experience welcome but not required – we will certify you
• Strong customer focus and team spirit
• Comfortable working in a modern, digital environment
