Job Description

  • Drive the active sale of solar systems on site at our partner branches.
  • Advise customers in person: from initial consultation to contract closure.
  • Act as the key interface between Enpal and our partners to ensure a seamless cooperation.
  • Implement sales strategies on the ground to continuously raise conversion rates.
  • Support offer preparation and contract clarification.

Qualifications

  • Several years’ B2C/B2B sales experience, ideally in field sales or consultative products; PV knowledge advantageous but not required—structured onboarding provided.
  • Strong communicator with persuasive power and enthusiasm for face-to-face sales.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented and results-hungry.
  • Mobile, class B driving licence, happy to be on the road to branch partners regularly.
  • Fluent German written & spoken.
