Our mission in Production Engineering Nakskov is to ensure stable, high-quality blade production processes that meet takt time targets and support overall operational excellence. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work to continuously improve our manufacturing processes, solve technical challenges, and support quality performance across the plant. You will:

• Monitor key production metrics (yield, waste, machine efficiency) and propose improvements
• Benchmark internal and external processes and present findings to management
• Evaluate process feasibility and risk, and support implementation of cost reduction initiatives
• Participate in Engineering Change Management, providing input on process impacts
• Support development and verification of new manufacturing technologies
• Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend solutions, and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., work instructions, P-FMEAs, test papers)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on process design and improvements

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or similar (electrical knowledge is an advantage)
• A few years of experience in quality or production engineering
• Familiarity with Six Sigma principles (certification not required)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to design, execute and analyze technical trials and prepare reports
