Portfolio Management Analyst (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Price and optimize renewable PPAs (wind, solar, hydro, BESS) and Axpo Turkey's power supply portfolio

• Manage cross-border capacity nominations and support monthly and yearly auctions

• Execute hedging and optimization strategies for power, certificates, and FX

• Provide analytical support for non-standard and structured power contracts

• Support portfolio risk management, exposure monitoring, and PnL analysis

• Improve pricing models, hedging approaches, and portfolio management tools

• Contribute to scalable portfolio management processes and systems development

• Collaborate closely with origination, risk, balancing, and controlling teams

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certification preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience in Turkish energy markets, ideally in power trading or portfolio management

• Solid understanding of power and gas markets, including spot, forward, and balancing mechanisms

• Familiarity with physical commodities and the ability to connect physical and financial perspectives

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, including FX and interest rates, and their impact on energy portfolios

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured thinker with high attention to accuracy

• Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills in English and Turkish

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, decision-driven trading environment
