Procurement Assistant

Deutsche Windtechnik is Europe’s independent full-service provider for wind turbines. To strengthen our purchasing team at the Osnabrück site we are looking for a
Procurement Assistant (f/m/d) on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities

  • Create and analyse ERP reports to support management decisions
  • Collaborate on controlling evaluations
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and contract management
  • Process and coordinate special purchase orders
  • Support operational purchasing and monitor delivery dates
  • Check order confirmations and enter relevant data into the system
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects and identify process-improvement potential

Your profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Initial experience in contract management, procurement or a comparable area preferred
  • Structured, analytical way of working with a keen eye for detail
  • Sound MS Office skills; experience with ERP or contract-management systems beneficial
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a reliable team player
