Product Technologist (m/f/d) for Compensation Reactors / Shunt Reactors

Your responsibilities

As a Product Technologist (m/f/d) for compensation reactors and shunt reactors you take technological ownership of our products across their entire life cycle – from quotation to delivery.

  • Continuous improvement of all manufacturing processes with focus on quality, efficiency and sustainability
  • Technical support for production in case of deviations, failure and root-cause analyses
  • Contribution to cost-optimization and efficiency projects as well as to AI-based automation concepts
  • Creation and maintenance of work instructions, process descriptions and technical documentation

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • First professional experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing processes or process improvement
  • Sound knowledge of applicable standards (e.g. IEC, VDE) and testing methods
  • Analytical, structured way of working and excellent communication skills
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary projects
