Internship Program 2026 – Compliance

What you will do

Support the regional Legal & Compliance team in Lima with administrative and research-driven tasks. You prepare presentations, training materials and reports, maintain digital and physical compliance files, schedule meetings and trainings, conduct basic research on regulations and compliance topics and help collect and consolidate data for compliance reporting while reviewing simple documents.

Your profile

• At least 7th-semester student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related
• Strong English skills (B2/C1)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of and interest in corporate compliance
• Pro-active, well-organized and eager to learn about the energy business
• Able to work in hybrid mode with interdisciplinary teams
