Responsibilities

Develop and execute the erection plan in compliance with HSE, quality, schedule and cost targets
Plan and coordinate resources with project management and HSE; hire third-party personnel and manage contracts
Provide professional construction site management and support site teams to meet work-package objectives
Specify and procure installation packages and tools together with the Site Manager
Create erection concepts (sequence, scheduling, coordination)
Report regularly to the Project Director, manage risks and deviations according to HSE requirements
Understand and comply with all HSE requirements relevant to the role

Technical university degree
Min. 8 years of experience in plant erection and site management for large industrial projects, strong planning and coordination skills
Lead multidisciplinary teams, motivate staff, conduct technical negotiations with subcontractors
High customer and market orientation, confident decision-making even with incomplete information
MS Office skills, user-level knowledge of SAP and PIRS
Valid SCC and IOSH certificates or equivalent site-safety training from a recognized European authority
Excellent command of English and Slovak for the Košice project
