Role
Program Manager – Partner Integration. You will own the end-to-end operational rollout of the Zipline Network for retail, restaurant and healthcare partners, ensuring compliant, efficient workflows and rapid adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead Platform 2 commercial operations launch
- Create SOPs, workflows and training materials
- Implement healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FDA, CLIA)
- Test and validate new features before go-live
- Build onboarding roadmaps and playbooks
- Up to 50 % travel to partner sites
Requirements
- 3+ years operations experience in healthcare, restaurants or retail
- Proven track record deploying new systems with compliance focus
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Location
In-person at South San Francisco HQ; relocation assistance provided.
Compensation
USD 130–150 k base salary (≈ 10,833–12,500 USD gross/month) plus equity, bonus, medical, dental, vision and PTO.
