Quality Inspector (m/f/d) for Steel Structures

Your responsibilities

As a Quality Inspector for steel structures you ensure the quality of our transformers. You perform inspections at supplier sites, plan testing processes and continuously optimize them. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing and steel suppliers, you contribute to the further development of our quality management system. Willingness to travel to our suppliers is required.

• Quality planning and inspection including selection of testing and measuring equipment
• Conduct on-site steel and paint inspections at suppliers and document results
• Continuously optimize existing inspection processes
• Coordinate inspection dates with planning
• Contribute to the systematic development of the QMS
• Immediately clarify defects and accompany reworking on site

Your profile

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL) or skilled-worker certification, preferably in steel or transformer construction with professional experience
• Proficient in CADIM, CAQ tools and MS Office
• Confident in reading technical drawings and data
• High willingness to travel and class B driving license
• Good English skills and ability to work in a team

Minimum collective salary for 38.5 h/week: € 46,880.68 gross/year; actual compensation aligns with your qualifications and experience.
