Since 1974 GLS Bank has financed exclusively social and ecological projects and, as the only bank in Germany, publishes its complete loan portfolio.

Your responsibilities

• Editorial planning and content production for various social media channels from idea to publication
• Further development of existing and new media formats and target-group-oriented content strategy
• Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs for continuous optimisation
• Coordination of the social media team and central point of contact for all social media topics
• Covering influencer marketing, community management and corporate influencer during holiday periods

Your profile

• Degree or comparable qualification with several years of social media experience
• Proven expertise in planning, creating and strategically aligning social media content
• Up-to-date knowledge of functionality and trends on major social channels
• Structured, data-driven and reliable approach to communication projects
• Team player with enthusiasm for sustainability topics

We offer

• Annual salary €47,000 – €65,000 plus social allowances (equals €3,917 – €5,417 gross/month)
• Parental-leave cover until end of October 2027
• Flexible working hours and option of partial home office
