As Regional Logistics Lead – Hub China you will drive logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery. You will develop logistics strategies, oversee transportation, warehousing and distribution, and optimise the supply chain together with procurement, production and sales. Leading a diverse logistics team, you will define KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance with all regulatory and internal standards completes your area of responsibility.
What you bring
- Degree in Logistics, Supply-Chain Management, Business Administration or comparable qualification; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in logistics and supply-chain management, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing logistics processes within regional/global structures
- In-depth expertise in transportation management, warehousing and inventory optimisation
- Strong leadership skills and team-development experience
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with data-driven decision-making style
