About Aira

Heating homes produces 15% of Europe's CO₂ emissions. Aira exists to accelerate the transition to sustainable, net-zero home energy by combining intelligent heat pumps with solar, battery and dynamic-tariff technologies.

Role

Field-based, part-time sales representatives are needed UK-wide to convert qualified home visits into Aira clean-energy installations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations, recommend and close sales of air-source heat pumps, solar PV and insulation.
  • Educate homeowners on financial savings and carbon reductions.
  • Generate additional leads through outbound calls and referrals to meet KPIs.
  • Manage pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Follow Aira sales methodology, deliver excellent customer service and coordinate with design/planning team.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (role is field-based).
  • Proven field-sales experience with demonstrable target record.
  • Proficiency with CRM/sales tools.
  • Ambition to exceed targets; strong negotiation and objection-handling mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative, fast-paced environments.

Renewables/energy sales experience preferred but not essential; full product training provided at Aira Academy.

Package

  • Base salary £25,500 (≈ £2,125 p/m gross) plus uncapped commission.
