Your Day in a Nutshell

As Repair Operations and Technical Support Manager at Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia you will lead a high-performance team that ensures availability and efficiency of compressor and steam-turbine generators. You will combine technical expertise with customer focus and drive continuous improvement.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the repair-operations teams in Saudi Arabia; own all operational and technical queries for the compression-&-steam-turbine fleet.
• Control KPIs: cost absorption, safety, on-time delivery, quote turnaround time.
• Represent Compression to customers; solve complex technical issues through analytical thinking.
• Provide technical support and training on TCP/RCE products; coach field-service personnel.
• Support plant shutdowns; use the Remote Diagnostic System for availability and first-line response.
• Create service bulletins and performance-improvement recommendations; collaborate closely with Product Competence Centers.

What You Bring

• Degree in engineering or related field and proven leadership experience.
• Minimum 8 years in maintenance, field service and design of rotating machinery and compressors.
• Strong expertise in repair technologies: mechanics, hydraulics, vibration analysis, NDT, welding.
• Oil-&-Gas market experience; knowledge of Siemens Energy compression fleet and Product Competence Centers.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills; experience training field-service teams.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
