Property Incident Management Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Receive and prioritise fault reports from our stores (phone & digital)
  • Coordinate and commission trades and service providers
  • Maintain continuous communication with stores, provide status updates and clarify queries
  • Review relevant lease content, e.g. responsibilities and repair obligations
  • Document all processes in the internal system
  • Ensure quality of incoming reports and forward to the right contacts
  • Support recurring analyses and process improvements

Your profile

  • Experience in a service centre, facility management or a comparable coordinating role
  • Experience dealing with authorities is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of phone contact
  • Structured way of working and good prioritisation skills
  • Basic understanding of building processes helpful
  • Confident use of digital tools and ticket systems
  • Team-oriented, reliable and resilient
