As a Sales Development Representative at Sweep, you identify and qualify new business opportunities in the field of sustainability management. You are the first point of contact with potential customers and pass qualified leads on to the sales team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and qualification of new leads via various channels
  • Conducting initial calls and product demos
  • Close collaboration with the Account Executive team
  • Maintenance and updating of CRM data
  • Development and implementation of innovative outbound strategies

What you bring:

  • First experience in sales or lead management, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • High self-motivation and goal orientation
  • Interest in sustainability and climate protection
  • Fluent German and English skills
