Our Sales team are on a mission to simplify our activities and diverse our renewables portfolio, changing the traditional approach to sales, using data to drive these activities forward.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Sales to learn from us and contribute to our vision of expanding our renewables portfolio.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract and can be based from anywhere in the United Kingdom. Application from Northern Europe are also welcome.

This is an exciting role where every single day will be different bringing new challenges and opportunities, some of the thing you can expect to be involved in include:

• Supporting our Northern Europe Service Sales team in area of sales processes, analytics, and reporting

• Ensuring Data Quality and integrity of Sales information captured in Customer Relationship Management Tool

• Track and report Key Sales Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement smart reporting techniques with usage of tools like PowerBi

• Coordination with other commercial and reporting departments within Region and Global organization to bring harmonization and drive productivity

• Support in Marketing initiatives like Webinars, surveys, Industry events

• Support in documentation management

• Support in customizing training sessions related to Sales tools to meet regional Sales requirements and running regular/ad-hoc sessions

• Developing and maintaining data repositories related to market intelligence

• Support in budget preparation

What you need to make a difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

• You to have or be studying towards a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Data Analytics

• Strong analytic skills, self-motivation, willingness to learn and ability to multi-task

• Comfortable working and adapting to changing business needs

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with local and remote teams in an intercultural environment

• Knowledge of, or experience in PowerBi or Tableau would be great, however you will also have the opportunity to build your knowledge and experience in this area within a practical business setting.

• You will need to have significant knowledge of in Microsoft Excel and it be great if you also understand Power Queries, however this is not essential.

• A curious mind that is open to learn new tools and techniques and become an early adopter within the Sales team

• Knowledge of IT applications like, Power Automate, SharePoint, SAP 4 Hana, Salesforce, SQL Database will be plus
