Sales Manager for Intelligent Energy Systems (m/f/d) - 1KOMMA5° Hanover Region

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end consulting and sale of our product portfolio (PV, batteries, heat pumps, wallboxes, Heartbeat AI) to homeowners and small businesses in the Hanover area.
• Independent scheduling, customer visits and preparation of quotations.
• Processing qualified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° Group.
• Support from initial contact to contract signing and hand-over to project coordination and site management.
• Active contribution to the further development of regional sales processes.

Your profile

• First sales experience or strong motivation to start in direct sales; experience in PV and/or heat pumps is a plus.
• Persuasive and empathetic communication at business level.
• Solid technical understanding: explain complex concepts in a customer-friendly way.
• Excellent command of German and English.
• Passion for sustainable energy solutions.
