Your responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive consulting and sale of our product portfolio (photovoltaics, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, Heartbeat energy management system) to single-family homeowners and small commercial enterprises
  • Independent planning and execution of customer appointments, consultations and quotations – flexible, efficient and customer-focused
  • Work with pre-qualified leads provided daily by the 1KOMMA5° Group, ensuring genuine customer interest and giving you maximum time for advice and sales
  • Support your customers from first contact to contract signature with transparent communication and tailor-made solutions
  • Close cooperation with project coordination and site management for smooth project handovers and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Actively contribute ideas to further develop sales processes and shape the success of your region

What you bring:

  • High motivation to start a sales career – or existing experience selling complex products to private customers, ideally in photovoltaics and/or heat pumps
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and openness that enable you to respond individually and transparently to customer needs
  • Solid technical understanding to explain complex concepts at eye level
  • Desire for continuous development and up-to-date knowledge in a dynamic industry
  • Joy and conviction in your work, coupled with the wish to do something meaningful
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, at business level
