Octopus Energy is accelerating the UK’s transition to renewable energy and we need driven sales professionals to expand our low-carbon technology division. Having become the UK’s largest energy supplier and a repeated Which? award winner for customer service, we are now scaling Solar, Air-Source Heat Pump and EV-charging solutions for homes nationwide.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end sales pipeline from first call to signed contract, smashing monthly KPIs.
  • Engage warm, pre-qualified customers, explain the benefits of Solar or Heat Pumps and close deals.
  • Deliver jargon-free, persuasive consultations that match each household with the right low-carbon solution.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and uphold Which?-level customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years B2C telesales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Confidence on the phone, resilience to objections and a hunger for uncapped commission.
  • Strong self-management: you organise your pipeline, diary and follow-ups independently.
  • Passion for our green mission and a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.

Package & culture

  • £30,000 base salary (≈£2,500/month gross).
  • £15,000 OTE commission, uncapped, paid monthly.
