Sales Talent – Energy Helper at Point of Sale (m/f/d) Berlin & Potsdam

Octopus Energy is a global energy-tech company on a mission to make the world’s energy 100% sustainable. In addition to green electricity tariffs, we have been installing complete heat-pump solutions with our own technicians since 2022 and are driving the nationwide rollout of smart meters, e-mobility solutions and in-house wind and solar generation.

Your responsibilities

• Proactive customer approach and consultation at high-frequency point-of-sale locations in Berlin & Potsdam
• Sales of sustainable energy solutions (green electricity, heat pumps, e-mobility)
• Building and maintaining customer relationships at the POS
• Achieving individual and team sales targets

• Uncapped commission + attractive base salary: realistic monthly gross 3,000€ – 5,000€

• Enjoy direct customer contact and sales – ideally first POS experience (retail, promotions)
• Strong service mindset, e.g. from hospitality or other customer-facing sectors
• Persuasion skills, resilience and motivation to earn above-average income
